The analytics report measures schedule model integrity against industry best practice standards [viz. the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Scheduling Best Practice- and the Defense Contract Management Agency- Standard (DCMA)] using analytics software and expert judgment.
The analytics software benchmarks against thirty industry standard schedule integrity checks (condition tests). Interpretation of the results and recommendations are made by a registered Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) in the analytics report to improve schedule model integrity. This is also the first step preceding any Schedule Model Risk Analysis (Monte Carlo).
